How do you read the illuminated scale?

It shows in steps how strong the vacuum is at the moment. The fields are marked in kPa. That way you can see how far the suction has risen and find a setting that felt good again next time. The scale does not give a guideline; what counts is what you feel.

What do you need to watch while pumping?
