The Penis Pump Vacuum System Large by Baile is the longer version of the Penis Pump Vacuum System: a transparent cylinder, a hose and a hand pump with a release valve; a soft silicone insert is included. Longer does not mean stronger, as the vacuum comes from the pump and not from the cylinder. The insert is skin-coloured and has an opening shaped like a vulva. The hand pump has a loop grip with a lever, and through the clear cylinder you can see what is happening at any time while pumping. How is the pump cleaned?

Rinse the cylinder with warm water after every use and let it dry open. The hand pump and hose do not go in water; wipe them with a damp cloth.

How long may you pump?

Ten to fifteen minutes at a stretch are enough, and you should not pump every day. Build the vacuum in small steps with pauses in between instead of in one go. Pumping longer or harder risks burst capillaries and bruising.

What if it hurts?

Release the vacuum at once and stop as soon as it pulls, burns or hurts; pain is the signal that the pressure is too high. Pinpoint red marks on the skin also show that it was too much.

Do you need lubricant?

Yes, a drop on the rim of the cylinder so it seals, and a little on the penis. Without a seal no vacuum builds. Water-based is the right choice, the selection is under water-based lubricant.

How do you put the pump on?

Place the cylinder with its rim against your body so that your penis lies freely inside and the rim sits flat all round. Hold the cylinder with one hand and press the lever on the hand pump grip with the other; each squeeze draws out a little more air. Through the release valve the air flows back in.

Which cylinder size fits?

The cylinder has to be longer and wider than your erect penis so that it does not touch the wall anywhere while pumping.
