It is pulled over the shaft, the glans stays free at the front, and the loop at the lower end goes around the scrotum so the sleeve stays in place. How is it put on?

Put a little lubricant inside, then first guide the scrotum carefully through the loop and afterwards slide the penis into the sleeve until the glans shows at the front. This is easier while the penis is not yet fully erect.

How long may it be worn?

For 20 to 30 minutes at a time at most, because the loop acts like a cock ring, and never while sleeping. If you take blood thinners or have circulation problems, talk to a doctor first. If numbness, coldness, discolouration or pain occurs, take it off immediately.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, inside and outside. Silicone-based lubricant can attack the liquid silicone and leave the surface dull.

Does it replace a condom?

No. Because the tip is open, the glans is exposed. If you need a condom, it goes on the penis first and the sleeve over it; suitable ones are under condoms.

How is it cleaned?
