How should the sleeve fit?

Tight enough not to slip and loose enough that nothing is cut off. Pull it on while half hard so that it does not twist. The loop follows the same rules as a cock ring: no more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time, never fall asleep with it, and take it off at once if anything turns numb or cold, changes colour or hurts.

Does it replace a condom?
