How do you put the sleeve on?

Hold the thickened rim, stretch the opening with your fingers and slide the sleeve over your penis until it sits evenly and nothing is twisted. To take it off, pull it back down by the rim. Further models are under penile enlargement.

Do you need lubricant inside as well?

Yes, plenty inside as well as out, otherwise the sleeve rubs instead of gliding. Take a water-based one, as silicone-based lubricant attacks silicone; suitable ones are under water-based lubricant.

Does it replace a condom?

No. A sleeve is no substitute for a condom and no protection against infection; for that there are condoms. If you want both, put the condom on first and the sleeve over it.

How is it cleaned?
