How is it put on?

Sleeve first, then the harness. Pull the sleeve over the penis with a little lubricant, step into the leg straps and pull the waistband up to hip height. The base of the sleeve should lie flat against the body so it points straight ahead as you move.

How long may the harness be worn?

At first 20 to 30 minutes at most. If you take blood thinners or have circulation problems, talk to a doctor first. The waistband and leg straps must not cut in anywhere. At numbness, coldness or discolouration take everything off at once, and never fall asleep wearing it.

Does the wearer still feel anything?

Less than without. The closed tip and the wall of the sleeve dampen touch; the veins on the shaft mainly work for the other person.

How is it cared for?

Wash the sleeve, wipe the harness. TPR is porous: clean the sleeve inside and out with warm water and mild soap and let it dry completely; only wipe the harness damp. Use water-based lubricant only.
