How do you put it on?

With a little lubricant inside. Place the opening on the glans and work the sleeve over the shaft bit by bit without tugging. Finally, guide the scrotum through the loop.

Who is it made for?

For a rather slim penis. Inside it is narrow and short. TPR gives a lot, but the sleeve should still fit snugly without squeezing. If you feel pressure instead of stimulation, it is too tight for you.
