The Penis Sleeve by RealRock is pulled over the erect penis and turns it into a longer, thicker shaft with a moulded glans, coronal ridge and veins. How do you put it on?

With a little lubricant inside and without hurrying. Stretch the opening with your fingers, slide the sleeve over the penis and then pass the testicles one at a time through the ring below. Once everything is in place, smooth the sleeve down once so that it does not wrinkle.

How long may you wear it?

20 to 30 minutes at a stretch at most. If you take blood thinners or have circulation problems, talk to a doctor first. At numbness, coldness, discolouration or pain you take it off at once, and you never sleep with the sleeve on. The ring should hold without constricting.

Which lubricant suits the outside?

How do you clean and store it?
