How do you get it over the penis?

With lubricant and patience. A few drops of water-based lubricant into the opening, stretch the rim slightly and push the sleeve up bit by bit. Once it is on, smooth air bubbles and wrinkles out towards the back.

How long is it fine to wear?

20 to 30 minutes at a stretch is the limit. If you take blood thinners or have circulation problems, talk to a doctor first. If you feel numbness, coldness or pain, or the skin changes colour, the sleeve comes off at once. Falling asleep with it on is off limits.
