The Enhancer Sleeve from the Size Matters range by XR Brands is a penis sleeve in TPR with a closed, rounded tip. On the outside the shaft is densely set with grooves and rows of small nubs, and at the rear end sits a strap through which the scrotum is guided and which keeps the sleeve in place as you move; it is moulded on and stretches with it. How is it put on?

Slowly and in two steps. Put a little lubricant into the sleeve, pull it over the penis until it rests in the hollow part, then guide the scrotum through the strap. Spread on the outside of the shaft, a little more of it lets the nubs glide more softly.

How long may it be worn?

At first 20 to 30 minutes at most. If you take blood thinners or have circulation problems, talk to a doctor first. The strap must not cut in anywhere. At numbness, coldness or discolouration the sleeve comes off at once, and never fall asleep wearing it.

Does the wearer still feel anything?

Less than without. The closed tip dampens touch on the glans; the grooves and nubs mainly work for the other person.

How is TPR cared for?

Carefully, because TPR is porous. Wash the sleeve inside and out with warm water and mild soap, rinse the grooves well, let everything dry completely and store it apart from other toys. Use water-based lubricant only. It is shared only after a thorough clean; it does not replace a condom and does not protect against infections.
