How is it put on?

Ideally while not erect. With a little lubricant, slide penis and scrotum together through the rear opening; the penis glides on into the hollow part, the scrotum out through the second opening below.

Which way round is it worn?

With the scrotum opening at the bottom. The curve then points upwards while worn, and the sleeve cannot twist.

How long may it be worn?
