How do I put it on?

Slide the sleeve over the erect penis and then pull the ring under the testicles; the vibrating bullet sits on top. To take it off, release the ring first and then slip off the sleeve. Further models are under penile enlargement.

Do you need lubricant inside as well?

Yes, inside and out. Without gel the bars rub instead of gliding. Take a water-based one, because silicone lubricant and oil attack TPR; suitable ones are under water-based lubricant.

Does it replace a condom?

How is it cleaned?
