The Xtend It Kit by Doc Johnson consists of a realistically shaped penis sleeve in natural and inserts for its tip. How do you put the sleeve on?

First place the number of inserts you want into the tip. Then put water-based lubricant into the opening and on the penis and pull the sleeve on slowly until it fits snugly. The soft material also needs a little lubricant on the outside, otherwise it drags instead of gliding. Oil attacks it and is therefore left out.

How does it stay in place during sex?

Without a strap it holds by its fit alone. During vigorous movement, hold it at the open end so it does not slip, and check now and then that it still sits properly.

Does it replace a condom?

No. The sleeve does not replace a condom and does not protect against infections. You will find suitable ones under condoms.

How do you care for UR3?
