How do you put it on?

Put a few drops of lubricant into the sleeve and onto your penis. Then slide it over the shaft until your glans rests at the front, and finally pass your scrotum through the loop. This is easiest while you are not yet fully erect.

How long may you wear it?

Because the loop sits around the scrotum, wear the sleeve for no more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Take it off at once if you notice numbness, coldness, discolouration or pain, and never fall asleep wearing it. If you take blood thinners, only use it after checking with a doctor.
