VirilXL carries penis sleeves and nothing else. There are six models, each in two colours, so twelve items. Important for the choice: four models are silicone, two are TPE – and that decides how you care for them.

Four models in liquid silicone 📏

• V3, 8.5 x 2.5 cm – the smallest, also in brown
• V5, 11 x 3.5 cm, also in brown
• V7, 11 x 3 cm, also in brown – the same length as the V5 but slimmer
• V9, 13.5 x 3 cm, also in brown

So the number does not consistently say anything about size: the V7 is slimmer than the V5 despite carrying the higher number.

Two models in TPE ⚡

The V11 in black or clear and the V15 in black or clear both measure 13.5 x 4 cm and are the brand's most substantial. What sets them apart from each other does not follow from the data – the measurements are identical. Comparable items under penis extensions.

How is a penis sleeve worn?

It is pulled over your own penis so that length and girth increase. A little water-based lubricant inside makes it considerably easier to put on and stops the sleeve tugging as you move. Lubricant on the outside helps too. Our guide penis enlargement without surgery explains it in detail.

What does TPE mean for care?

TPE is porous: the surface has fine pores that can hold residue – with a sleeve that means the inside, where cleaning is hardest. The V11 and the V15 therefore need the same thorough care as a masturbator: rinse through, clean with a toy cleaner and let it dry completely, ideally turned inside out. Boiling is not advisable with TPE.

And the silicone models?

Silicone is non-porous and considerably simpler: clean with warm water and a toy cleaner, dry thoroughly, store clean. With silicone, use water-based lubricant only, because silicone-based lubricant attacks the surface. Suitable items under sex toy cleaners.

Which size fits?

The sleeve should sit firmly but not constrict. Too wide means it slips at the worst moment. Too tight means it cuts off circulation, and you notice that quickly. The range runs from 8.5 x 2.5 cm on the V3 to 13.5 x 4 cm on the V11 and V15 – for a start the lower number is the safer choice. More under sex toys for men.

Is a sleeve something for two?

Yes, that is its actual purpose – but talk about it beforehand. A sleeve changes girth and length noticeably, and the receiving person should have a say in that. Plenty of lubricant is part of it.
