How do you put the sleeve on?

With a few drops of lubricant inside and on your penis it slides on more easily. Push it over the shaft until the glans rests at the front, then pass your scrotum through the loop. Half erect is easier than fully erect.

How long may it be worn?

Because the loop sits around the scrotum, wear the sleeve for no more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Take it off at once if you notice numbness, coldness, discolouration or pain, and never fall asleep wearing it. If you take blood thinners, only use it after checking with a doctor.
