The Single Pinwheel by ElectraStim is a unipolar stainless steel pinwheel with a black handle, with the connector at its end. Unipolar means: it is only one pole, and the circuit closes through a second electrode on the body. From that follows the actual rule: the path between wheel and counter-electrode is the stretch the current flows through, and that stretch must never lead across the chest. Both contacts belong on the same side of the body and below the waist. Without current it is an ordinary pinwheel, and even then the rule is roll, do not press. It only works with a suitable electro-stimulation control unit and a second electrode; the control unit is not included.
