How much lift does the lacing give?

That is up to the wearer. The cord runs through several eyelets and can be tightened steplessly; worn fully open the bra behaves like an ordinary adhesive bra, fully closed it brings the breasts noticeably together.

Which cup size fits?

The one from your own bra. The cups are moulded individually per size and cannot be adjusted through the underbust; anyone between two cups should take the smaller one, because otherwise the cup does not sit flat.
