How do you rinse properly?

Gently, with lukewarm water and no additives. Squeeze the bulb under water and let go so that it fills. Coat the nozzle with water-based lubricant, for example from anal and fisting lubricant, and insert it carefully. Then squeeze the bulb out slowly, withdraw the nozzle and go to the toilet. Soap, shower gel and other additives have no place in the water.

Which position makes it easiest?
