Can an impression be filled more than once?

No, an impression takes exactly one cast. For every further cast you need a new impression and therefore new powder.

Where do you mix it?

In the cup from your kit, quickly and thoroughly until the mixture is smooth. Place the cup where it cannot tip over, ideally in the sink. Two people make it easier: one stirs, one holds.
