Why not with silicone toys?

Because silicone attacks silicone. Over time the lubricant softens the surface of a silicone toy, which turns dull and tacky. With toys made of glass, metal or ceramic, on the other hand, you can use it without concern.

Is it compatible with condoms?

Yes. Silicone does not attack latex and is therefore also suitable for sex with a latex condom.

How much do you need?

Very little. A few drops on skin or toy are enough and go further than a dollop of water-based gel. Too much does not glide any better, it just ends up on the sheet; used sparingly, the bottle lasts a long time.

Is it suitable for anal sex?

Yes, a lubricant that does not dry out is especially pleasant there, because the rectum produces no moisture of its own. Use more anally than vaginally and take it slowly.

How do you get it off again?

From the skin with warm water and soap; water alone is not enough. On fabrics it leaves marks that come out with detergent. Putting a towel down saves you work.

Water, silicone or oil: which suits when?
