Why not with silicone toys?

Because silicone attacks silicone. The surface of a silicone toy can go dull and then sticky, and that cannot be undone. If you are not sure what a toy is made of, use a water-based lubricant with it instead.

How much do you need?

Less than most people take. A few drops on the fingers are enough to start, and you need to top up less often than with a water-based gel. Too much only makes hands and sheets needlessly slippery.

How do you get it off again?

With warm water and soap. Water alone is not enough with silicone, because it runs off. Pre-treat stains on fabric with a little washing-up liquid before washing. In the shower or bath, wipe the tiles and floor afterwards, because a film of silicone makes them slippery.

How is it stored?
