The Undershirt Light Control by Bye Bra is a close-fitting camisole in stretchy fabric that you wear under a blouse, shirt or dress. It has slim, adjustable straps and a round neckline and reaches down to the hips. At the back the top edge runs straight across. “Light Control” stands for light shaping: the fabric visually smooths your silhouette at the upper body and waist and lets close-fitting tops fall more smoothly without pressing hard. It is smooth, with no lace or trim, and adds little bulk under thin fabrics. In beige it shows less than white under light, thin clothing. It sits under lingerie, under lingerie for women and in our for the top section.

How do I put the undershirt on?

It has no hooks, buttons or zips, so you simply pull it on over your head. Then smooth the fabric down from the bust to the hem so it lies flat without creases, and finally use the small sliders at the back of the straps to set the neckline so it stays hidden under your top.

Does the undershirt change your figure permanently?

No. The smoother line only lasts while you wear it. When you take it off in the evening, everything is as before, and wearing it every day does not change that either.

Which size should I choose?

Your usual dress size. One size smaller does not shape more, it cuts in and soon becomes uncomfortable.

How do I care for the undershirt?

Wash it gently and without fabric softener, as softener takes the stretch out of the elastane. Dry it flat; the tumble dryer is the hardest thing on stretchy fabric.

How should I store the undershirt?

Fold it and keep it in a drawer rather than hanging it up. On a hanger the weight of the fabric pulls constantly on the slim straps, and over time they lose their stretch.
