How is it inserted?

Switch it on first with the button on the ball. Then insert the ball without the cord first and push the second one in after it; lying down with your knees bent makes this easiest.

How long does it stay in?

Ten to fifteen minutes at a time to start with. Longer is not better, and it does not stay in overnight.

How does it come out again?

Pull slowly on the loop, and only once the muscles have relaxed; then the dumbbell slides out easily.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and only a drop of it, because too much makes the balls slippery. Silicone oil attacks silicone. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it stored?

Dry, together with the remote and apart from other toys, so that the soft silicone does not take on colour. In a pouch, balls and cord stay free of dust.

How is it cleaned?

Wash it with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner and let it dry completely; keep the remote dry. Further models are under love balls.
