The Enhance from Pumped is an electric suction pump for breast and vulva with a small, tongue-shaped tip vibrating inside the cup. How do you use the buttons?

Hold to start, press to switch. To switch on or off, hold the button with the power symbol for three seconds. The suction button cycles through the five suction modes, the tongue button through the eight vibration modes of the tongue.

Which cup is the right one?

The one whose rim fully encloses the area. The sealing lip should lie flat all round without trapping any skin; that way the pump suits different breast sizes. If the rim does not seal, a thin film of water-based lubricant helps, found under water-based lubricant. Do not cover the small air valve on the handle while pumping, so the air can flow freely.

What should you watch for during suction?

How it feels. Start at the lowest setting and increase slowly, never beyond what is comfortable. At pain, numbness, bruising or discolouration, switch off at once and lift the rim slightly with a finger to let air in; never pull the cup off by force. Do not place it on injured or irritated skin, and use the pump for no more than 20 to 30 minutes for breasts and vulva together.

How do you clean and store it?

It is splash-proof to IPX4, but you must not submerge it. Take the cups off and wash them with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner; just wipe the handle and tongue with a damp cloth. Let everything air-dry and store the parts dust-free and apart from other toys.
