What is Watchme?

What makes an anal plug safe?
The retrieval flange or the wide base. Unlike the vagina, the rectum is open at the top – without a base wider than the plug, something can slip inside. Do I need an anal douche?
Not necessarily. Many people find one reassuring because it takes away a feeling of uncertainty.
