How does an extender work?
Through traction. The device is fitted and applies steady, adjustable tension over hours at a time; the course runs over months, not days. That is exactly where most people stop: without consistency over a long stretch, nothing happens. Read the manufacturer's instructions before you start.
How long is it worn each day?
The manufacturer sets that, and the time is increased gradually. What is not negotiable: at any sign of pain, numbness, coldness or discolouration, the device comes off immediately. Traction is not the same as pain – if it hurts, the tension is too high or the fit is wrong.
What is a curved penis?
A permanent curvature caused by scar tissue, called Peyronie's disease in its pronounced form. The Andropeyronie is expressly made for it. Important: this is a medical matter. If a curvature develops in you, hurts or gets worse, see a doctor or urologist before you fit any device.
What do the supplements do?
They are listed as dietary supplements, not as medicines – they replace no treatment and cure nothing. For erection problems, pain or a curvature, the route is a doctor, not a capsule. Stick to the dosage on the packaging.
What measurements are on file?
None for any of the seven items. That matters less with extenders than with toys because they are adjustable – but the range a device works within is on the product page and in the manufacturer's instructions.
What else makes sense?
