How do you put it on?

Pass the penis through the base ring until it rests at the base. Then lay the holding loop around the shaft behind the glans and clamp it in the holder. At the start the rods stay short; the enclosed instructions show how it works step by step.

What needs to be observed while wearing it?

Increase the pull slowly and wear the device only as long as the instructions allow; plan regular breaks in which it comes off completely. At any pain, numbness, coldness, discolouration or swelling, take it off at once. Do not wear it while sleeping and do not put it on over injured skin.

What comes with the device?

Besides the assembled device there are eight short and two long threaded rod pieces, ten small spacer pieces, two holding loops with a wide middle section, two narrow tube bands, two pads, four foam rolls and instructions.

How is it cleaned?

Whatever touches the skin, meaning the loops and pads, you wash after every use with warm water and mild soap. Wipe the other parts with a damp cloth. Then dry everything well and keep it dry.

Does the extender make any noise?

No. It works purely mechanically, without a motor or battery; the pull comes from the rods alone. Worn under clothing, it therefore stays silent.
