How do I use the anal douche properly?

Only with lukewarm, clear water and no additives. Soap, shower gel or cleaners never go in. Coat the tip with water-based lubricant and insert it gently and without force, only as far as it glides by itself. Squeeze the bulb slowly, do not take in too much water at once and let it drain again before you refill. Do not rinse too often; before a date a short round is enough. Stop at once if you feel pain or see blood.

How is the bulb filled?
