What is a one-way valve for?

So nothing flows back. Without a valve the bulb draws in again on release - with one, what is in stays in and the bulb refills from the water container.

How is the nozzle inserted?

With lubricant and without force. Only as far as it slides by itself - the mucous membrane is thinner than skin and bleeds faster than you notice.

Why three different nozzles?

For different depths. The short one covers the last section, the long one goes further - and the ribbed one stays in place better while rinsing.

How often may you rinse?

No more often than necessary and never daily. Every rinse washes away part of the natural gut flora; rinsing regularly makes the bowel more sensitive rather than cleaner. Once before anal sex is enough.

What do you rinse with?

Clear lukewarm water and nothing else. No soapy water, no additives, no cleaners - the mucous membrane absorbs whatever goes in. Too hot or too cold makes it cramp.
