Why only one use?

Because the bellows cannot be taken apart. You cannot reach into the folds with a brush or a cloth, and leftover water hardly dries in there. So you do not use it a second time, even if it looks clean on the outside.

How do you fill the applicator?

Squeeze, dip, release. Squeeze the bellows, hold the tip in a bowl of lukewarm water and release slowly, and it draws the water in. Repeat until it is as full as you want it, then hold it tip up until you are ready.

What matters when rinsing?

Lukewarm, slow and with little water. Check the temperature on your wrist beforehand and use clear water only, without soap, rinses or other additives. Coat the tip with lubricant and insert it gently, without any force. Squeeze the bellows slowly and do not put in too much at once. Do not rinse more often than necessary, and stop at once if it hurts.

Which lubricant is suitable?

Ideally a water-based one. It agrees with the plastic, spreads easily on the slim nozzle and rinses off with water afterwards. A silicone-based lubricant also works on plastic but makes fingers and bellows slippery.

How do you dispose of it?

With the general waste. Let all the water run out first, squeeze the bellows a few times and wrap it in some paper.
