Can the syringe be used for lubricant too?

Yes. Instead of water you can fill it with lubricant and apply it exactly where it is needed. Use a runny, water-based gel that passes through the narrow tip, and rinse the syringe out thoroughly afterwards.

How do you fill the syringe without air bubbles?

Draw slowly and let the air out. Hold the tip in lukewarm water and pull the plunger back evenly. Then turn the syringe tip up, tap the barrel lightly and push the plunger forward a little until no air is left inside.

What matters when rinsing?

Lukewarm, slow and with little water. Check the temperature on your wrist beforehand and use clear water only, without soap or other additives. Coat the tip with lubricant and insert it gently, never with force. Press the plunger slowly and evenly, do not give too much at once and do not rinse more often than necessary. Stop at once if it hurts.

What does doing without a tube bring?

Fewer parts. Nothing can kink or come loose, and cleaning is done quickly. In return you hold the syringe in your hand while rinsing and guide it directly.

How is the syringe cleaned?

Taken apart. Pull the plunger right out and wash barrel, plunger and seal with warm water and mild soap. Let the parts dry separately and only put them back together once everything is dry.
