What can bellows do better than a bulb?

They empty completely. Bellows press flat, a bulb always keeps a remainder - which makes the dosing easier to follow.

Can the nozzle be removed?

Yes, and that matters. Only apart can both parts be rinsed through and dried open - a fixed nozzle stays damp inside.

How warm may the water be?

Lukewarm, not hot. The mucous membrane notices temperature differences far later than the hand - what feels right on the wrist is already borderline inside.

How often may you rinse?

No more often than necessary and never daily. Every rinse washes away part of the natural gut flora; rinsing regularly makes the bowel more sensitive rather than cleaner. Once before anal sex is enough.
