Does “Hot Water” mean hot water goes in?

No, only lukewarm. Hot Water is the name, not an instruction. Check the temperature on your wrist beforehand and use clear water only, without soap or other additives. Coat the nozzle with lubricant, insert it gently and slowly and never with force. Squeeze in only a little water at a time, do not rinse more often than necessary and stop at once if it hurts.

How do you fill the bellows?

Most easily with the nozzle off. Hold the bellows under the tap or in a bowl of lukewarm water, put the nozzle back on firmly and give one short squeeze until water comes out of the tip. That way the air is out before you start.

Which lubricant suits it?

A water-based one. It agrees with the PVC, rinses off with water and leaves no slippery film on the bellows. A little on the round tip is enough; spread it to the middle of the nozzle.

How does a bellows differ from a bulb?

In the way it gives. A bellows folds together along its ribs instead of deforming like a bulb, so squeezing follows a straight line from top to bottom.

How is the anal douche cleaned?

In two parts. Take off the nozzle, rinse it and the bellows several times with warm water and mild soap and squeeze the bellows out as you do. Let both parts dry separately, the bellows with the opening facing down so that no water stays in the folds.
