How much suction is right?

Build it up slowly, one squeeze at a time, and stop before it pulls or hurts. Ten to fifteen minutes at a stretch is enough. If the skin turns pale, cold or numb, release the cup at once.

How do you release a cup?

Press the rim in gently with one finger until air flows in, and only then lift it off. Never tear it off by force.

Do marks remain?

Small red dots or patches like a love bite appear when fine vessels under the skin burst. They fade after a few days; until then, leave the area alone.

Who should not use this?

How do you clean the set?

Rinse the cups with warm water and mild soap or a sex toy cleaner and let them dry. Boiling is out, because the plastic warps. Only wipe the pump and hose on the outside.
