Two large, bell-shaped suction cups of clear acrylic hang on pink tubes that lead via a T-piece to a rose-gold pump. How do you put the set on?

In two simple steps. Push the tubes onto the connectors at the top of the cups and place each cup over the breast so that the silicone rim rests on the skin all round. A little water-based lubricant on the rim helps the seal; you will find a selection under water-based lubricant.

How do you control the suction?

With the finger grip, in small steps. Each squeeze takes a little air out of both cups, so you increase slowly and can pause at any time. A press on the release button lets the air flow back all at once, after which the cups come away without pulling.

What matters when using suction?

Stay gentle. Only pump as far as feels comfortable, hold the suction for a few minutes at a time and let air out in between; 20 to 30 minutes in total is the limit. If you feel pain or numbness, or see discolouration or blisters, press the release button at once. Do not place the cups on injured or irritated skin.

How do you clean the set?

Cups and tubes with warm water. Pull off the tubes, wash the cups including the silicone rim with mild soap and rinse the tubes through. Let the tubes dry hanging up so that no water stays inside. The pump is only wiped with a damp cloth.
