💡 How to use

The balls can be worn for several hours; twenty minutes are plenty at the start. They need cleaning after every wear – not the next day. Training progression in the kegel balls guide, care in the toy care guide.

🧼 Cleaning & care

Clean the kegel balls with warm water and toy cleaner before and after every use and let them dry completely. The included cleaner does exactly that. Close liquid products firmly and store them cool.
