A set of silicone kegel balls by Happy Loky, a sleeve with two chambers and four interchangeable weights, plus a water-based lubricant with a hundred millilitres and a toy cleaner with a hundred and fifty. Training goes with the lightest weight and a few minutes a day; only when holding becomes obvious does the next one follow. The retrieval cord stays outside. The lubricant belongs with it because inserting dry is needlessly unpleasant, the cleaner because the balls are used daily. How do they come out again?

By the retrieval cord, after relaxing briefly. Pulling while the muscle is still holding only makes it needlessly hard.

When does the training happen?

On the side. They are held while cooking, shopping or sitting; the training needs no time of its own.

What is a value set?

Several items that cost less together than separately. One line is ordered and all the pieces arrive together in one parcel.

Can the pieces be bought separately?

Yes, each piece also stands on its own in the shop. Lubricant and cleaner are used up sooner than the balls and are then bought again on their own.

Which lubricant is included?

A water-based one. It suits silicone, glass and metal, washes off with water and attacks no material. More of them stand under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

Open the sleeve and clean sleeve and balls separately with warm water and soap or the toy cleaner. Then let both dry apart; otherwise moisture stays trapped in the closed chamber.

How is it stored?

Dry, dark and apart from other toys. Silicone attracts dust, so the sleeve and weights are kept together in a pouch.

How much lubricant is needed?

Only a little. A thin film is enough for inserting; too much gel makes holding harder rather than easier.

How discreetly does it arrive?

In a plain box with no hint of the contents. The sender line says nothing that would tell the neighbours anything.
