Each ball sits in its own round cup, through whose opening the shiny metal stays visible; a short bridge connects the two cups, followed by the long, flat loop. The sleeve keeps the surface soft while the weight of the balls works inside. Insert them with a little lubricant; the loop stays outside. Sitting and lying down you will barely feel them, walking and climbing stairs clearly, because movement makes the weight noticeable. How do you train with them?

Insert them, hold them with your muscles and get on with your day; ten to fifteen minutes daily is enough. In between you can tense and release on purpose. Longer is not better, a tired muscle holds less well.

How do they come out again?

By the retrieval loop. Pulling on it while the muscle is still holding makes it needlessly hard; relaxing briefly is enough.

Which lubricant fits?
