Which ball do you start with?

With the largest, the Regular level; Skilled and Advanced follow. A small ball is harder to hold than a large one, which is why the smallest is the most demanding level despite its low weight. Only move on to the next once the previous one has been effortless to hold for a while.

How do you use the balls?

Put a little lubricant on the ball and push it, round end first, into the vagina until only the stem with the loop sticks out. To remove it, pull gently on the loop. Check stem and loop for cracks or nicks before every use, and use the balls vaginally only, never anally.
