Where does one start?

With the single ball. It is shorter and easier to hold; the double ball fills more and is more noticeable when you move. Once the single one feels comfortable, you switch to the double.

How are they inserted?

Put a little lubricant from water-based lubricant on the ball and push it in slowly until only the cord is outside. Stay with water-based, because silicone lubricant attacks silicone and makes the surface dull.

What is the retrieval cord for?

How long can they be worn?
