Which cup is the right one?

The one whose rim fully encloses the area. The sealing lip should lie flat on the skin all round without trapping any skin beneath it. That way the pump suits different breast sizes as well as vulva or clitoris. Only swap cups when the pump is off and no suction remains.

How do you use the pump?

Place the cup on clean skin, switch on and choose one of the five levels with the buttons. If the rim does not seal, a thin film of water-based lubricant on the sealing lip helps; suitable ones can be found under water-based lubricant. Through the clear cup you can keep an eye on the skin beneath at all times.

What should you watch for during suction?

How it feels. Start at the lowest setting and increase slowly, never beyond what is comfortable. At pain, numbness, bruising or discolouration, switch off at once and lift the rim slightly with a finger to let air in; never pull the cup off by force. Do not place it on injured or irritated skin, and use the pump for no more than 20 to 30 minutes for breasts and vulva together.

How do you clean and store it?
