Pump Worx belongs to Pipedream and makes nothing but pumps: 13 for the penis, two for the vulva. The range runs from the plain beginner's pump to the Max Boost line.

The beginner range 🔰

The simplest are the Beginners Power models – available as a clear version, as Model II and in black. Alongside them are the Euro Pump, the Rookie and the vibrating beginner's pump at 18 x 5 cm, the only entry-level pump that also vibrates – see pumps.

Max Boost, Precision and silicone ⚙️

The Max Boost line measures 19.1 x 8.3 cm throughout and comes in black, white and blue; considerably longer is the Max Boost Pro Flow at 30.5 cm. Alongside them are the Max Precision performance pump, the Silicone Power Clear with a silicone sleeve and the slim PR Gauge power pump at 7.75 x 1 cm.

Two pumps for the vulva 🌸

Not made for the penis are the Fanta Flesh pussy pump and the beginner's pump with a vaginal attachment. The cylinder is placed over the vulva, and the vacuum makes the tissue swell and become more sensitive. The same rule applies here: build it up slowly, hold it briefly, release at once if anything feels wrong.

How is a pump used correctly?

Slowly. Place the cylinder, build the vacuum in small steps and release it immediately if you feel pain or numbness or see discolouration. Twenty minutes is plenty, and the release valve should stay within reach at all times. A little lubricant on the rim of the cylinder noticeably improves the seal. More in our pump guide.

Does the effect last?

Not permanently. The vacuum draws blood into the tissue, and that recedes after a while – pumps do not enlarge anything for good. If you want to hold the fullness for longer, use a cock ring afterwards; it should stay on for no more than twenty to thirty minutes. See cock rings.

Which measurements are on file?

For six of the 15 items. The range runs from 7.75 cm on the PR Gauge to 30.5 cm on the Max Boost Pro Flow, with diameters from 1 to 8.3 cm. For the other nine nothing is recorded – there the product page is your only guide. What matters anyway is the inner diameter of the cylinder: it should be a little larger than your own girth, otherwise it chafes and the vacuum does not hold.

What are the pumps made of?

Seven of PVC, four of silicone with an ABS housing, one of silicone, and for three nothing is recorded. The cylinder is a hard plastic on all of them; the only soft part is the sleeve at the base – and that is what decides whether a pump sits comfortably.

How is it cleaned?

Cylinder and sleeve with warm water and a mild cleaner, then dried completely. The tube and the bulb should stay dry, because moisture inside them never comes out again. Use water-based lubricant on the sleeve – see water-based lubricants and sex toy cleaners.
