What is the advantage over a bulb?

The volume and the calm. A bag runs on its own and evenly; a bulb has to be squeezed and refilled.

How warm may the water be?

Lukewarm, not warm. The bowel senses temperature differently from the hand; too hot is only noticed afterwards.

How often may you rinse?
