How do I use the anal douche properly?

Only with lukewarm, clear water and no additives. Soap, shower gel or cleaners never go in. Coat the attachment with water-based lubricant and insert it gently and without force, only as far as it glides by itself. Open the clamp only a little, do not let too much water in at once and let it drain again before you carry on. Do not rinse too often; before a date a short round is enough. Stop at once if you feel pain or see blood.

How high do I hang the bag?

Only a little higher than your hips. The higher the bag hangs, the harder the water pushes through the hose. Start low and control the rest with the clamp; to pause, simply squeeze it shut.

Which attachment is for what?

Both fit the same end of the hose. The short, straight one is handier, while the long one tapers towards the front and is thinner at the tip. Only ever push one attachment firmly onto the end of the hose, and check over the sink with the clamp open that everything is tight before you begin.

How is the set cleaned?

With warm water after every use. Let clear water run through the bag and hose, wash the attachments with mild soap and rinse everything thoroughly. Then hang the bag and hose up open so they dry completely inside, and only store the parts together once dry.
