The Kegel Trainer Set in a Bag by Doc Johnson consists of three single love balls in pink silicone with a velvety finish, each with a long loop for pulling it out that stays outside. The loop runs seamlessly out of the top of the ball. The three balls have increasing weights and are meant as stages: you start with the lightest and only change once it can be held without effort. Holding is the exercise, the weight is only the stimulus. The balls are elongated ovals, and the heavier a ball is, the stronger its pink. The silicone is phthalate-free. How do you train with them?

Insert, hold and get on with your day; ten to fifteen minutes daily is enough. Longer is not better: a tired muscle needs a rest. None of the balls stays in overnight.

How do they come out again?

You pull slowly on the loop. Pulling it while the muscle is still holding makes it needlessly hard; relaxing briefly is enough.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one, and not much of it: it makes insertion easier, too much makes the balls slippery. Silicone oil attacks silicone. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How are they cleaned?

After every use, wash each ball separately with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner and let it dry completely.

How do I store them?

Inside the pouch the three balls lie side by side in a tray, apart from each other, so they do not touch. Keep them there, out of strong sun.
