Manual or automatic ⚙️

The RX11 is the only series with an automatic drive: a motor builds the vacuum, so you do not have to pump. All the others work with a hand bulb or a hand pump. Manual does not mean worse – you meter the pressure more directly and notice sooner when it is getting to be too much.

What else belongs to it 🔩

Several versions come with a sleeve inside the cylinder, such as the RX3 with a pleasure sleeve or the RX7 with a masturbator. The sleeve is also available on its own, in size M and size L – the latter is stated by the manufacturer to be for the RX11. There is also the vibrating ball as an accessory.

How do I use a penis pump safely?

Build the vacuum up slowly and in short stretches, not in one go. Stop immediately if it hurts, tingles or goes numb – that is not a sign of effect, it is a sign of too much pressure. What does a penis pump achieve?

The vacuum temporarily draws in more blood, which makes the penis look fuller for a while. That effect does not last – a pump is a toy, not a treatment. Which size do I need?

With the cylinder it is mainly the diameter that counts. The RX3 and RX5 are at 5.5 cm, RX7 and RX9 at 6 cm, the RX11 at 7 cm. Too wide means the vacuum builds badly. Too tight means it becomes uncomfortable. When in doubt the middle size is the safer choice.

How is a pump cared for?

Clean the cylinder and sealing ring after every use with warm water and a toy cleaner and let them dry completely. The sleeves are TPE and porous – they need the same thorough care as a masturbator, so clean them from the inside and dry them open. Suitable products under sex toy cleaners.
